Off day today from my normal routine (still p90x'in it up) but I decided to make use of my gym membership and go run for a bit. Put 4.5 miles down, and I was going to leave, but I thought to myself.. maybe give the ol' muscle up another go? I tried months ago and couldn't get it. After 2 attempts I nailed it! I am seriously proud of myself. Overall I did about 10.. best was 3 in succession. I didn't go crazy with it as I have a workout planned for the next day, but left really happy about it. Now that I can do it.. time to practice them!
