yeah not gonna chance it thanks, i also think its BS that subaru didnt get him a new car his car is worth less money now since the engine had to be replaced of course he said they compensated him so maybe that makes up for it but i know i wouldnt buy a car that the engine was replaced in since they seem to have more problems down the road because mechanics dont pay attention and forget to tighten bolts and connect wiring. i have also read alot of posts that your subaru dealers try to void out warranties due to modifications which is also BS a turbo back exhaust,intake etc should never void out a warranty unless you do some major modifications like a bigger turbo.

A turbo back and intake should absolutely void your warranty if you don't tune it...
