Yes, but there can be multiple wires with the same color (not sure if that is the case here or not). You most likely didn't fry anything, but how can you be sure. It doesn't take much at all to fry a control module... a hell of a lot less than the 15 amps that the fuse is rated for. This is the exact reason that dealers recommend a professional installation.....

You will need a DMM (which I hope to god you have and used for the rest of the installation) to test the wire. Place the ground lead on the suspect wire and the positive lead on a known 12 volt source (battery, input to ignition, etc).
