Yeah, the battery was disconnected and that did the trick. The auto window feature is working again. Thanks for the help.

My loom seems to be lost somewhere.... -_-
The wiring loom was just hanging there by the fuse box wrapped in pink tape for me. It was taped up right next to the illumination dimmer wires.
