Aftermarket fuel rails would delete that evaporation pipe (the bottom pipe on the stock fuel rails Part C in the diagram)

Just saw this old tidbit I posted and thought I should clarify. I didn't mean to run a hose from the firewall hose to the manifold. Rather, replace the metal line in the stock fuel rails with rubber fuel hose and hook that up to the purge assembly where the metal line used to hook up.
