Default be careful

The head lights turn off but if you accidentally hit the parking light switch on the steering column the brakelights will come on even if the key is out. This could ruin your day.

I have never had to push start a fuel injected car and always wondered if it would work. Doesn't the ECU have to have power to meter fuel to the engine? Carbs work because the vacuum from the engine pulls the gass out of the float bowl but I thought injected cars used pumps controlled by the ECU?

Can anyone elaborate?
