Here is a list of all the parts needed.

#2) Metra 71-1761 Toyota Vehicle Harness http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00029X1KA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Connects to the Fujitsu HU (power / speakers etc)
#3) PAC CAM-TY11 Reverse Camera T-Harness http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KWLA3T0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - This harness will be split into two. One end used to connect the factory/car harness for Aux & Mic input, other end used to connect to Fujitsu HU reverse cam. (You will need 2 of these, more details below)
#4) Metra 40-LX21 Lexus Radio Antenna Adaptor http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003VYTGUC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Convert standand antenna on factory/car harness to Fujitsu HU antenna. (Picture shown on amazon is incorrect, http://www.metraonline.com/part/40-LX21)
#5) Subaru 4-Pin USB Adapter http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JYTLW14/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Convert factory/car USB harness to standard USB connection.
#6) Ipod Nissan Infiniti Connector http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LIRBFH6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Convert standard USB (#5) to USB for Fujitsu HU.
#7) 28 pin Toyota connector #90980-12555.
Toyotapart.com - Connect aux/mic & steering wheel controls to Fujitsu HU.
#8) GPS puck with HRS GT5 connector
One I used (not best fit as I had to file the connector to make it fit the Fujitsu HU)
Then it's just a matter of connecting the dots.
Solder wires from #1 to the two connectors you get with #2. (just match the colors).
#1 has 4 wires missing. (negating Illumination, SWC1, SWC2 & SWC3). SWC is Steering Wheel Controls.
The easiest way to get these 4 missing wires & pins is to order 2 of #3. Then remove 4 of the wires.
Of the 4 wires you add to #1, one, the illumination will be soldered to #2, and the other 3 connected to #7.
Then you just connect aux&mic wires from the female connector you got with #3 to #7.
All the other connectors USB / Antenna / GPS you can't get wrong.
All the wiring diagrams / pinouts are available online. I will take some pictures of the harness and provide better details over the weekend.
Here are the pinout diagrams I used.
J602 in the below shows the 16pin FACTORY/CAR harness pinout. You will connect the mic and aux wires to the 28 pin Toyota connector

The 28 pin Toyota connector that the above connects to. Aux & mic from the 16pin harness above, and 3 SWC wires from #1.

Everything else is color coded and you can't really go wrong.
At the moment, this is all just from reading information online and studying lots of wiring diagrams. I have made the harness and can confirm it all fits the Fujitsu HU, but will not get time to test it in the car until the weekend.
