Default Garrett turbo oil pressure problems...

Well, I've been fairly sure that my turbo has been getting too much pressure for a while (been passing oil past the seals for ages now, even after a rebuild). I've only found one page online that details putting in an oil restrictor to cut the pressure, but I called Turbonetics and they said that they make nothing to remedy this situation and it will "just leak" if you do nothing to fix it. Heh, pretty assinine, huh?

So does anyone have any advice regarding cutting the oil pressure before it leads into the turbo without the flow going too low? I can't even find restrictors anywhere, even if I wanted one! For reference, I've got a -4AN feed line and a -8AN return line.
