I actually found another way this afternoon, but now I just need a working drill to get it done (damned dead battery charger!).

I basically took a 1/8"NPT x -4AN male/male fitting and drilled and tapped the -4AN end to 1/4-20, then screwed a 1/4-20 set screw into it. I just need to drill a hole through the set screw and I'm done. I had seen one page online where someone used an .060" restrictor, but that seems awfully small to me, being 1/3 of the -4AN normal inside diameter, so I think I will drill it to about .090" and see how that works. Maybe I'll go 1/8" and try that out and if it still smokes, I can just insert another set screw and drill it .090".

I think the set screws cost me $1.09 for 4 of them, so it's not like it's a huge expense, either.
