On the dry they do fine, and seem to be quieter than my RE92s.
I had to pump them up to ~35 to get decent performance dry.
I've driven through a couple storms, and these tires just GRIP. Snow traction is far beyond what I expected. I had to drive ~500 miles on snow-covered roads in Montana and Idaho, and never felt the car slip. Stopping power on ice is nil, but that is par for any non-studded tire.
