I'm amazed at my experience so far given other's experiences. I ordered 2 radiator shields and a STi replica rear strut brace from Mauro about a month ago. They told me the STi was on order and should be in the week following when I ordered. 3 weeks later I PM'ed and emailed them about it since their phone was always busy. They said it was still held up in customs, but they would give me a good deal on a Cusco bar and that they'd make sure it got out to me quickly.

1 week later my status still reads as items have not shipped and I have no tracking # that I asked for, sales doesn't return emails and their phones are still busy. I am really baffled at this experience, because I've heard so many good things.

It has been a rollercoaster, at first I was happy with the price and good name of Mauro, then I was pissed no one contacted me in the 3 week period, finally I get ahold of them and they give me a good deal on the cusco, but now back to being pissed because they just don't communicate with me. I really wish it had gone better.
