Check a good autoparts store. Napa might have boxes of them that you can compare your broken bit to. Autozone and Pep boys wont have it.
Only other option is to measure it, and look up the part one from Earl's performance plumbing. Behrants and some of the stock car companies sell them pretty cheap $2-5 each. Pegasus racing products will probably charge your $10+.. Most racing catalogs have mechanical drawings with dimensions of each item. The oil passage appeared the same--I did not think to measure..
I ordered some Earls 10mm banjo bolts, fittings, and crush washers for stainless brake lines. I used them on the Miata front calipers, RX-7 slave cyl, and RX7 rear brake calipers. I guess I got lucky when I ordered, because they didn't ask if I needed 10mmx1.0, 1.25, or 1.5 pitch.
