Do you have the option of still attending traffic school if you fight the ticket and lose? I thought you might lose that to the mercy of the judge...

Also, they say that fighting a ticket is never good but showing up for the arraignment is - if it's crowded sometimes the judge will say stuff like "everyone with a speeding ticket can have their fine reduced to $75 with traffic school" just to clear it out. Or if you've already gone to traffic school the judge might let you go again if you ask....Never happened to me but this is from my traffic school instructor.
