Yeah I called multiple times and they wouldn't do anything. This county was particularly lax even though they had a leash law.

Like I said, it wasn't easy. I was also nearly bitten a couple of times as well as several of my neighbors. The dog was getting more and more aggressive. The owner of the dog simply said we shouldn't walk in front of his house.
