i agree, it comes down to how in depth i want to go into the engine to make power. Well unfortunately this needs to be my daily driver and i need to get it back on the road asap so i can get to work etc.also we here in WA are having some crappy weather and i would really like to have my awd back, So i that said i want to put it back running for cheap until i can accumulate all the parts i will need stroke it.

So i will need 2 pistons piston 1 and 3 both passanger side. and i will need 1 unused ej22t headgasket. i will be posting pics of my ringland damage i just hope i dont have metal in the engine now :-(

Also thank you for sugesting my ringlands whoever said that would be turned out to be correct.

Are n/a pistons the same as turbo pistons because i have a n/a ej22 motor laying around not being used.

also what tool will i need to remove that front wrist pin cover looks like a torks bit or something thanks
