everything within the past 5 years will usually show up. depending on your state laws, most are any accident with in the last 36 months are chargable.

if yoru insurance company paid more than 500 bucks to fix the car it will show up, and yes it will be an at fault accident.

you can fill out the quote form however you want, the more specific you are the more accurate your quote will be. Once they run your driving history they will reavalute the quote and make the neccasary adjustments to the premium.

why not just get a plan with geico?
