If you're running reasonable clearances and good oil on what appears to be good valves/springs then 7,200-7,500 is a likely upper limit on "safe" RPM for a low level built engine.

The 20G is going to be perfectly fine with 22 psi, but that one should be up to your tuner. Boost is not a good thing to measure by. If your tuner sees high temps then a few psi lower will be safer. Tell him/her what you want (conservative, conservative but with a little hot sauce, not conservative, pull the pin and toss it, etc) and let them tune from there.

For reference, I just finished assembling mine, set the limiter to 7,500 and will let the turbo do it's thing until the TMIC get's too hot.
