Then you put 50k more on the car. There is a 100% chance your tune is off, even if you maintained it. Most likely not majorly off, but you can definitely re-optimize to compensate for changes.
Some good points about how 1/4 times will change by the run. Air filters, thinning oil, Also tire wear. That tire with each burnout changes the outer diameter. Which can change ratios which will effect times.
