There is no sudden dip in timing. It does lose about a degree right there, but I had to smooth out the drop through the load ranges as rpm increased.

Losing 1-1.5 degrees is generally what a knock event will look like on the 07's.
After the drop, the ECU will continue to advance the timing .5* at a time. Compare that dip with what your maps are actually calling for and you'll likely see a discrepancy.
