A/F: 14.7 closed loop, ~10-11 open loop
Boost: ~20mm Hg vacuum to 15-16 PSI (stock turbo)
Oil pressure: 15-20 PSI (hot and no load) to 90 PSI (cold or high load)
Injector duty: less than 85-90%
Battery voltage >12v (probably 13-14)
EGT < 1600F under heavy load is the conventional wisdom
A lot of these measurements are going to vary based on your set up. Higher viscosity oil, bigger turbos, different injectors, etc...
