you need to clear it. seibon uses junk wannabe clearcoat when the turn out hoods. its more like a shiny acrlic laminant than a has no u.v protection and will be subject to the elements. it needs to be sanded, cleaned and sprayed with 3 coats of clear, sanded down again and sprayed with a few more coats of clear. a decent paint shop should know this and can do it for you. carbon fiber is porous and continually sucks up material, hence the clearcoating, sanding and clearing again. ive done a ton of them. good clear will do you good.
