The mounting holes are already in the fenders, for the front the clips and bolts replace the lower two plastic clips and the rear has holes right where you need them to install them. It isn't too difficult, though you probably should pull the wheels to speed it up. The front you also have to temporarily dislodge the wheel well plastic but it isn't difficult to do.
