Traction control and ABS are both features of the braking system. Your original problem is with oil on the rear of the right hand Head. Those are different systems and unlikely to be related.

What does "pissing oil" mean? Is it spraying and you could video it? or is it seeping out slowly? If it's the former, please provide video. If it's the latter, do like someone else said and (since it's really cold out) warm the engine up, then turn it off and give it a good hosing down with brake parts cleaner. Then start it and see if you can find the origin. Post more picks.

From the build up it looks like it's had at least a slow leak from the top of the oil pressure switch for a while. That's what triggers the AVLS.
