My main question I can not find a good answer to. It is how to set the Center diff settings? More front? More rear? Locked? My 07 WRX did not have all this fancy stuff. T did not also have a traction control button. So as far as getting in and driving it I just turned the key, and shut everything else off. Please give me input on these settings.....

The owners manual only says stuff like Place in LOCK if stuck in Dirt or Snow, Place to the rear for dry pavement...... is this optimal? I just watched Top Gear last night and the STIG prefered full Rear for road racing.
That is going to be something that you are going to have to figure out on yourself based on your preference as a driver. Everyone is different. When I drove a AS prepped one...I turned off the traction control and put the DCCD in sport and did something else that i dont remember (I felt like i was driving a spaceship everytime i got ready for a run cause i had to adjust so many things)...in short i like all driver aids turned off and the center diff to transmit power as need (ie not fully locked and not all the power to the rear but automatic mode).
Good luck.
