I will vouch for that place. I placed an order quite a while back and about a week after I placed the order and paid for the order, the guy emailed me and said torco unleaded was back ordered and he might not have it for a couple weeks. He wanted to know if I wanted my money refunded. I chose to get a refund. He was professional about the whole deal, even when I made a smart azz comment in the email about if it would really be there in a couple weeks or if it would be a couple months.

I appreciate that kind of business. Many companies, once they have your money, they are content to let you wait several months. Anybody that has ordered aftermarket parts has heard the "it will be in if you can just wait a couple more weeks" line so many times it makes you want to vomit. It was refreshing for a company to actually be proactive and show some customer service to let the customer know the stuff they ordered might not arrive at their door in a timely manner.

Sure enough, after about 2 weeks from the point he emailed me and refunded my money, he emailed again to let me know the torco was now available if I was still interested.

For me, that shows it's a good/honest company. A company out to rip off customers wouldn't behave in this manner...
