Good luck getting EcuFlash to run on an Android tablet... It's a Windows app that needs its own drivers, so you'd need a good virtual machine for your Android. It might be doable but I haven't heard of anyone doing it yet.

I use a CarPC and I transfer logs and tunes with a USB drive keychain, or via WiFi. I do almost all of my tuning and log analysis on a desktop system with big monitors, and then do the flashing and logging with the CarPC. Plus it does GPS and it has a nice digital gauge app. I have a Tactrix cable running under the dash and under the carpet so I never mess with cables anymore. I'm really happy with this setup.
