If you are currently running the tune that was made for a TMIC, then that is probably your issue. Throttle response and turbo lag are not common issues I see people complaining about with the newer WRX platform. Check your clamps n such for boost leaks/ consult your tuner. Also, immortal is right on the FA20DIT. I can count on one hand the number of people I would trust to do a proper tune on these newer engines. There are a ton of variables to consider so getting someone who is known and respected will yield much better results. eg: mikey botti, corbin johnson, junior, bren, etc..

350whp is really where you want to be in that car without a built engine. Pushing it further without building it is asking for trouble. If you are not happy with those kind of numbers, and don't plan on moving to a built setup, Id say sell it off before you are in too deep. Just my 2 pennies.
