On my old car I ran my Defi oil pres sensor on the galley hole, I have heard the sandwich plate adapters are mostly prone to leaking so I would avoid that route if I were you. In my 2020 STI I am using the AP for monitoring and also have gauges via OBD2 on my Kenwood HU using the iDatalink RR2.

Defi Style Center pod with Pro-Sport Premium 60mm.. Boost/Oil Pressure/Water Temp.. lite in Amber. Matches the STi Gauge Cluster perfectly.
Cobb AP will be doing the rest of the monitoring. I wish there was a way to transfer the AP/OBDII data to a gauge system.. I have used the Torque App with a Tablet before.. but standalone with a separate Blue tooth OBDII connector...maybe I can find a way to do that.
