Just wanted to share my experience with PDX Tuning. I used them for an etune recently for my VF39 swap.
I got off to a bit of a rocky start when I ordered my maps. Up until then I had received very prompt and attentive responses to all of my newb tuning inquiries, before even dropping a dime on their services. After I paid for the etune service however, I never received a confirmation email saying payment had been processed, etc.
It actually took almost two weeks to get my maps. I hadn't known Jarrad was out of town for consecutive weeks on tuning trips. I chalk it up to just misfortunate timing on my behalf.
When Jarrad got back to the shop, I was receiving very prompt and attentive responses once again. It took several different calibrations to the maps to get the car to where I think it should be. Jarrad said the data logs look great too, so that's what is important. It is a vast improvement over the Cobb OTS map. Spools much quicker, and pulls much much harder than the Cobb map. Totally night and day difference.
I wish I lived slightly closer and could get a dyno/road tune from Jarrad. Maybe someday I'll be able to make it out to the Pacific NW.
Thanks again for all of your help Jarrad! Keep up the great work!
