We started from the beginning until we ran out of time. We skipped repeats, and Im sure we missed questions.

We cant devote a full day to reply to everyone's Questions/Comments/Concerns all at once. We have full time jobs and lives to live, families and friends to be with, not to mention straight up recovering. Many of us punched more hours over the course of Saturday 8JUN2013 and Sunday 9JUN2013 than many people do in a whole week.
