ok ill explain , everyone says head gasket and you still dont believe us. your rings are keeping the oil from passing the piston. if you have oil it will be in small quantities, also the overflow problem that your having is cause when(at high boost) air is bleeding into the water jacket through the hg. this is a big problem because it creates a hot spot in your engine where there is no coolant. the gas that escapes into the water jacket displaces the water and viola it goes everywhere. you could just not worry about it and pretty soon the water you do have will be boiling out of the radiator cap.........trust not good

pull the motor and throw new gaskets on it and viola your good to go. its not as hard as you may think. the boxer engine is very friendly to pull. correct me if im wrong but there what bellhousing bolts and motor mounts and then some accesories and your good to go.

do it yourself, youll have fun and save some bucks......oh yeah and do some new cams while your in there!!!!
