The snow tire compound will not hold up to heat well at all. If you had a nice sunny day and drove many miles it could significantly wear the tread. If you don't drive much, it will likely not be a problem. Depends on the snow tire compound too. There is no safety issue, although the snows are not optimal for dry weather driving.
