Bought this pan, baffle and pickup for my 2011 Forester XT.

Do I need to change my original dipstick to an STI one as I saw mentioned earlier...? What's wrong with the current dipstick oil fill level? Im a bit confused why I would need to modify the dipstick.

Also, 6 quarts capacity - is this how much is needed to get it to read full on the dipstick? As above, would this be for the STI dipstick?
