Nah, you answered the question. The want/need thing was, well, I already knew why I want it...
No worries, I wasn't expecting any sort of power improvement or anything. But I'm forever trying to stay ahead of whatever potential issues I can think of. If something like this just improves coolant flow by some unknowable amount, with no downside, it's the kind of thing that I would probably add on a whim when I drain my coolant. It wouldn't be the first time!
Jokes about marketing propaganda are great, but just having this reply in the description on the website
(with good install instructions), would probably double your sales on these...
