One thing that I and a few others can tell you that unless you and your frequent passengers are all of slender build that you may find the seating in the Limited to be much nicer. At 5-10/185-ish, the lower trim level seating (in the 2019 models) was decidedly too confining for anything other than autocross or track use. We've done a number of 300+ mile days in our WRX without issue, and as 70-somethings we're probably a bit fussier about that now than we would have been when we were in our 20's.

The steering-sensitive headlights are kind of neat, but they're not a "deal-breaker level" item if missing like the lower trim seats would have been for us.
