Hmm good to know - appreciate your insight. This time around i do plan to have a clear mask installed to keep down the chips but something with inevitable happen... How does WRB hold up to swirls in the clear-coat?

Black being the worst, silver the easiest to maintain. White is different. It doesnt show swirl marks as darker colors do, but it shows any type of contamination. Red dots, black dots, white turning yellowish, etc.

I find WRB on the light side. Even my LBP has been very good in terms of hiding swirls.
Thanks vapore0n and agree that black is a real pain to keep nice although i do like it on those rare clean occasions. This will be my first Subaru so i've been leaning WRB just to get that classic Subaru look but i also like white's ability to make accents pop a little more (and it looks good with dark wheels and window tint to me anyhow).
