Well it's going to be an interesting year for me. I'll probably leave my Badass gym and start working out at home.

Goal 1:
March powerlifting meet: 500 squat, 550 DL, 330 bench @198lbs

Goal longterm. I think I'm in trouble, I don't have one. I need to get my cardio back up and keep it there. Ride my bike to work everyday. Learn how to workout more efficiently. Possibly do a highlands competition.

I might have revisit the goals for the year after my first meet. Maybe I will find renewed vigor.
