ok, using the svx as a standalone is what i did.
heres the wiring
first off take the whole svx harness, strip it down to the 4 engine plugs, maf plug, and 02 sensor plugs
splice backup power, fuel pump control, rad fan, starter signal, vss, tach with digital dakota signal converter inline.
run a relay to control unit power, ignition switch, and self shut off control.
turn key. fire up.
