I appreciate the help. If I were to be able to provide a couple of suggestions..

1. The whole return process needs to be looked at. Orders and/or Michael really needs to get a lot more responsive in addition to an improvement in refund turnaround time.
2. I'm not sure if the original part was drop shipped from Motovicity. Since I returned to them I'm assuming they're the distributor. I'm hoping you guys either drop them or start giving another distributor more business in the future.
