Feet, load bars and trays are all you need (a fairing is a plus), which you have all listed here.
Now, I'd seriously consider the Rocky Mounts Pitchfork trays (what your bike will attach to). They're better built, lower profile, paint won't chip and much cheaper than the Thule or Yakima trays (I found mine for $80 per tray online). One downside to using Rocky Mounts as your tray, your lock core keys won't be compatible, with the feet lock cores. Another big plus to the Rocky Mounts is that they come in a variety of colors (and of course black if you don't want to be flashy). The Pitchfork trays only work with Thule square and Yakima round load bars, not the Subaru OEM or any "aero" load bar (Rocky Mounts has a "Tie Rod" tray for those, which is quite a bit more expensive).
No, I don't work for Rocky Mounts, I just used Thule trays for years and these are that much better.
Here's a picture of mine. Notice they sit with a fairly low profile above the load bars.
