Yeah, having rights and excercising them are completely two different things. I think what everybody was trying to say was that if you remove your aftermarket intake before going in to the dealer, you will save yourself alot of headaches, regardless of what your rights are.

Litigation costs money, and more importantly time. Subaru has both. I would rather spend mine working on my car, not defending my work in court.

We should all be aware, especially in CA< that the rest of the world is against auto enthusiasts. Fixing up cars means they go faster and speeding kills more people every year than,.... well you know the statistics better than I do.

Anyways, I'm just pointing out the general publics point of view. Most people don't spend 1/4 of what they make on their car like I (us) do.
