I went with the 3" stealthback it doesn't tapper that the axleback. They make 2 versions one with 2.5" and one with 3" piping.

The AP doesn't switch maps like the other EM's. But the Safe Injection once it detects that flow is not what it should be will set off a relay that can open a solenoid that goes between your boost solenoid and wastegate. So you will only run wastegate spring pressure.
It is not a 100% failsafe as there really is not one out there that can keep all the engine damage from happening but will definetly reduce the amount and maybe not damage at all.
