You could try a couple things. First, try bringing your WGDC in that 2800 RPM cell down a couple percent. Second, if you're really hitting peak boost at 2800 RPM, change that 2800 RPM value to 2600. This will bring WGDC down before you hit boost. You may lose a tad bit of spool, but if done correctly, the boost will hit and be rock solid.
