If you are really going after a low cost but well performing I suggest the following recipe.

Whiteline adjustable sway bar
Whiteline "heavy duty" mounts
Whiteline end links
Mrt Adjustable lateral links
Home Depot Bolts


My Legacy had a rear sway bar but the mounting points on the rear lateral links were a pin type. The 92+ legacy uses the normal type so I could have found used lateral links from them.

But lets see, you pay about 200 for used links or 250 for fully adjustable links? You can see why the MRT option is far better. Especially since you now have rear CAMBER and TOE settings! Plus the MRT models come with brand new bushings.
