I typically eat lunch around noon, snack at 3, and a banana before the gym at 5:30. Don't get to dinner until around an hour after my work out. I've been told that it's best to have a high protein meal with in 30 min of any heavy resistance training. Thus looking for something I can drink immediately after work out that will hit my required protein intake. Currently 6'-3" 180 pounds so I'm trying to get around 200 grams of protein daily.
Main problem is that there about 50 million different options out there and I just need some solid advice to point me in the right direction...
