As an enthusiast myself, and been in these shoes a few times before... The best advice I can give is to schedule the tune after you have the parts in hand. Most tuners out there are not backlogged more than a few weeks.

They ship as they were invoiced and paid.
Thanks for the update. I am going to wait till I have it in my Hands to schedule my appointments. Just got a little too eager
