See, YOU are doing it SO right. Make sure if you want the best apples to apples comparison that you use the same dyno, and keep in mind that if the weather is way different on the next set of numbers, the numbers will be off.

I would love to see

3 pulls, average numbers to get baseline.
Reflash car and add downpipe
1 pull to heat everything back up, ignore numbers
3 pulls, average numbers to see real gains.

This could be done in the timespan of an hour or so, depending on what kind of dyno it is. 2-3 hours tops on any type of dyno.

Then for even more info, tune the car, then get tuned numbers.
