The only problem with a custom job from a local shop is that you will be hard pressed to find a shop that can mandrel bend the midpipe. A non-mandrel bend can restrict your pipe by a third, or more, depending on the angle of the bend.

Finding a mandrel bent aftermarket solution, or a local shop that can mandrel bend, is your best option. There's a shop in Bend that I've heard good things about: http://www.4customexhaust.com/
