Sorry to be so discouraging, but the Southeast is worlds different than the PNW.
I absolutely appreciate the honest response! I think our individual issues with our current locales are fairly similar, traffic, crowding, etc. On the otherhand, I never said my reasoning for investigating the move was based on sound logic...
