Now that I've been driving with the Wheelskin installed for several days, I'm happy to report that I really like it! I like the thicker feel and the improved grip. The quality of the leather appears to be very good, and feels good in the hand. And I know that the feel of the grooves Subaru molded into the wheel don't bother most people, but they really bothered me. And now those grooves are covered with leather!

I can understand how some people might not like the aftermarket look of the Wheelskins cover. I think it looks nice (if it's installed well), but it's definitely not an OEM look. But if you prefer the feel of a thick leather wheel, it's a great improvement for approximately $40 (and 4 hours of time, if you do the more tedious baseball stitch)!

Of course, if you're a vegan, then this mod isn't for you.
